    combination for a smoothie that gives you the ability to lose weight whilst allowing your body to benefit for the richness

    in nutritional value.

    Ingredients

    1 banana

    1 apple or pear, cored and sliced

    2 handfuls of baby spinach leaves or kale (40g)

    1 cup apple juice

    1 tsp. chia

    Handful of ice

    10 mint leaves

    1/2 fresh lime juiced

    1/2 kiwi

    1/4 cup Greek Yoghurt, light

    Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

    Ingredients

    ½ cup kale

    ½ cup spinach

    1 medium size banana

    1 small bowl – ice cubes

    Yogurt

    Honey

    To prepare smoothie you don’t need much pre-preparation. If just that whatever ingredients you are using to prepare

    smoothie should be cleaned and free from a waste product. So, clean spinach, kale and keep it aside.

    1.Take your blender. Start putting ingredients in a blender.  Put all of them, there is nothing first and last in the

    smoothie.

     2.Run blender at high speed for a few seconds after adding ice. This will give thick consistency to the smoothie. Still,

    keep checking the consistency of smoothie in between, you can add milk or water in it to reduce its thickness.

    3.You can add sugar, ice, etc in it according to your taste. The smoothie is now ready to have. Pour it in glass and have it

    fresh.

    You can use crushed ice instead of cubes.

    You can add more flavors to it by adding some mint, coriander leaves.

    2 cups cucumber

    2-3 stalks celery

    ½ inch fresh ginger root (or more, if desired)

    1 bunch parsley

    2 apples, cored

    Juice of 1 lime

    Juice of ½ lime

    1. You can first add the 2 cups of spinach , 2 apples , bunch of parsley and stalks of celery and slowly blend them

    1.Combine the apple juice, spinach, apple, and avocado in a blender and puree until smooth, about 1 minute

    I wanted to include a recipe that contains a vegetable like lettuce because it is normally used in everyday dishes

    especially for breakfast.It contains various fruits giving you additional vitamins such as vitamin C this also makes it taste

    Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups water

    1 head organic romaine lettuce, chopped

    3 to 4 stalks organic celery

    1/2 head of a large bunch or 3/4 of a small bunch of spinach

    1 organic apple, cored and chopped

    1 organic pear, cored and chopped

    1 organic banana

    Juice of 1/2 fresh organic lemon

    Optional: 1/3 bunch organic cilantro (stems OK) and 1/3 bunch organic parsley (stems OK)

    1. Add water and chopped head of romaine to blender. Blend at a low speed until smooth.

    2. Add spinach, celery, apple, and pear, and blend at high speed.

    3. Add cilantro and parsley (which help chelate heavy metals from your body).

    I decided to add this recipe just to show you that there are a number of ways you can create a smoothie that will not

    only taste great but give you body added vitamins like vitamin C & A, like most of the above it has a low calorie count

    making it good for weight loss.

     2 cups coconut water

    3 cups frozen berries

    1 cup collard greens

    1 cup wheatgrass

    1 tablespoon of macca powder

    Stevia

    Directions

    The directions to this recipe are very simple to follow

    1. Simply add all the ingredients to the blender

    2. Then blend until it reaches your desired consistence

    3. All that’s left is to feel up your stomach and your ready to go

    I would prefer that you start with the dry ingredients first then and the wet ones to the mixture.
